Annual General Meeting

This will be Green Heat Coop's first annual general meeting. We will re-cap what we have done over the past year and brainstorm plans for the year ahead. The agenda will include:

• Guest speaker: Chris Dodge from Saffron Walden Community Energy will tell us about the Littlebury Energy Project;
• Report on our activities since Green Heat Coop was founded in March 2022;
• Election of a board of directors to guide us through the next year;
• Brainstorming and discussion of projects and priorities for the year ahead;
• Light refreshments.

All Green Heat Coop members have an equal vote on the board and any other matters that arise at the AGM. If you're not already member, please sign up to join us prior to the AGM. Note that while non-members are welcome to attend the AGM, membership is required for voting.
