FAQ: List

How can I pay for a consultation?

Once you have expressed interest in a consultation with our web contact form, we will contact you to arrange the consultation. We will send you an email with details to pay by card or by bank transfer.

When can I schedule a consultation?

We try to keep consultations between 9 am - 3 pm from Monday to Thursday. However if this does not work for you we can accommodate some other times.

Can you advise me on my energy tariff?

If that's what you would like to focus on during your telephone consultation, we can do so. We can present some options that are appropriate for your needs, but we are not able to provide financial advice.

If I am unhappy with my consultation, can I get a refund?

We very much hope this is not the case! In the first instance we would try and address the causes of your dissatisfaction.

When and where are the events happening?

We will be organising a small number of events from late in 2022. We will be advertising this on our website, to our members and to those subscribed to our newsletter, so make sure you are signed up to these to hear about them.

Can I be a member if I don't live in Hertfordshire or Cambridgeshire?

Yes, we appreciate your support no matter your location. We will not be organising in-person events, such as heat pump open homes near you, but we may have some online events that you can attend.
